Hyundai Plans More New Vehicles Through 2030: What’s Coming Next?

Hyundai has some big plans for the next few years. In March 2026, the automaker announced 36 new or significantly updated vehicle launches for North America through 2030. An expanded roadmap released in August outlined 58 North American launches, with new SUVs, sedans, hybrids, electric vehicles, and performance models on the way.
For drivers in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and the surrounding South Florida communities, that means more options to consider when shopping for their next vehicle. Whether you’re looking for an efficient hybrid for your daily commute, a family SUV, or an electric vehicle, Hyundai is continuing to expand its lineup.
What New Hyundai Vehicles Are Coming Through 2030?
Hyundai’s upcoming vehicle plans cover several categories, including passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, and commercial vehicles. The company is also developing new versions of existing models, including its XRT adventure-oriented trims and N performance vehicles.
Hyundai has already identified several vehicles in its future product plans, including an all-new ELANTRA, a redesigned TUCSON and TUCSON Hybrid, and the first SANTA FE extended-range electric vehicle.
Not every vehicle in Hyundai’s North American roadmap will be available in the United States, and the company has not announced U.S. arrival dates or specifications for every upcoming model.
For shoppers who aren’t ready to wait for the next generation, Delray Hyundai currently offers a selection of new Hyundai vehicles, including popular SUVs and sedans.
More Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Options
One of the biggest developments in Hyundai’s future lineup is the expansion of its hybrid and electric vehicles. Hyundai plans to offer more than 10 hybrid models in North America by 2030, giving drivers more options beyond traditional gasoline engines.
The company is also developing extended-range electric vehicles, or EREVs. Unlike a conventional hybrid, an EREV uses electric motors to drive the wheels and an onboard gasoline engine to generate electricity when needed.
The upcoming SANTA FE EREV is expected to arrive in the first half of 2027, with Hyundai targeting more than 600 miles of total driving range. The model is planned for production at Hyundai’s manufacturing facility in Alabama.
For South Florida drivers who want to reduce fuel stops during their daily commute or take longer trips without relying entirely on public charging stations, these additional powertrain options could make Hyundai’s future lineup worth exploring.
In the meantime, our dealership offers a variety of electrified models, including the TUCSON Hybrid, SANTA FE Hybrid, and IONIQ electric vehicles. Browse our hybrid and electric vehicle inventory to compare the models currently available at Delray Hyundai.
Hyundai Is Expanding U.S. Vehicle Production
Hyundai’s plans extend beyond new vehicle introductions. The automaker is also expanding its manufacturing operations in the United States as part of Hyundai Motor Group’s previously announced $26 billion U.S. investment.
In March, Hyundai outlined a goal of producing more than 80% of the vehicles it sells in the United States domestically by 2030. The company also plans to increase its use of U.S.-sourced parts, bringing more of its vehicle production and supply chain operations closer to American customers.
Hyundai’s manufacturing expansion includes additional production capacity for hybrid vehicles and other upcoming models. The company plans to produce the SANTA FE EREV in Alabama, adding to its growing portfolio of vehicles manufactured in the United States.
As Hyundai introduces new models and expands domestic production, customers will have more opportunities to explore vehicles built for the North American market.
What Does This Mean for Delray Beach Drivers?
For local shoppers, Hyundai’s expanded lineup means more choices in the coming years, particularly for drivers interested in hybrid technology and electric vehicles.
Someone commuting along I-95 between Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale may be interested in the fuel savings offered by a hybrid sedan or SUV. Families who regularly travel around Palm Beach County or take weekend trips across Florida may prefer the space and flexibility of a larger SUV.
Hyundai’s future lineup is expected to offer more options for both types of drivers, along with new performance-oriented models and updated versions of familiar vehicles.
Of course, there’s no need to wait until 2030 to find a Hyundai that fits your needs. At Delray Hyundai, you can explore everything from the compact ELANTRA and versatile TUCSON to the spacious PALISADE and all-electric IONIQ lineup.
