I had a wonderful purchasing experience especially as a first-time buyer. The sales staff made the entire deal smooth and transparent on absolutely everything through the process.
My salesman was Anthony, he was professional, pleasant and very friendly to deal with. My original plan was to actually purchase my 2023 Kona, but since it was registered in PA the dealership was unable to do that-I would of had to do that myself (at 77 to confusing for me) So turned in my 23 for a new 206 Kona anf saved money to boot----I love the car and the deal. The worst service in service department I ever received . My 2024 Kona had a serious issue, leak in the brakes fluid. I was begging them to help me as soon as possible, the answer was to wait for 2 weeks. I was lucky the Coconut Creek Hyundai took me right away.

Friendly, but the wait time was too long. I've always used the dealership for oil changes and inspections (in CT) and have never waited 2 hours. I cancelled free wash, due to rain. One other concern about a past visit, they missed a hose with a leak in it. It was found by another trustworthy mechanic who replaced it as well as the brakes at a lesser and very good price (but he was a friend of the family). Nonetheless, I don't think I will return because those inpections are very important.

My dealership leasing experience was wonderful. I have driven American-made cars for 55 years and this is only the 2nd time I have stepped outside the box. I was certainly unsure about a Hyundai, but my sales consultant, Saeed Chamas listened to my requirements and made it happen. Donnie in Finance knew I was in a time-crunch and worked to get me out. Overall, this was the least amount of time I have spent in a dealership purchasing/leasing a car.
Normally this dealership service has been horrible. Appointments mean nothing. This time was completely different. On time service and courteous staff. Big difference.
When I arrived for my recall appointment, the service advisor was accurate with the time frame of how long it will take to complete the service. The downside is this dealership doesn't offer weekend appointments for recalls.
